01 / Why I build
I'm not a developer who learned the business. I'm an operator who learned to build.
I've run the messy side of real companies — operations, the factory floor, international teams, product and program management. I hold patents as a named inventor. I know exactly where work breaks, because I was the one accountable for fixing it.
Now AI lets me build the software myself — no army, no department. That operator's instinct for what actually matters is the edge. I'm not here to write another SaaS; I'm here to build one company that matters, with a few people who see the same thing.
